Gage was recommended to us by a friend from work, and we are so thankful we got to work with him for the purchase of our house in 2016 and again for the purchase of my parents’ house in 2018. Cara helped me make my first home purchase, in a pandemic, all while I was remote in another state. During the whole process, I always felt that she had my best interest at the forefront of her advice and decision making. She was always available to answer my questions and explained every step of the process to me. Being nearly a thousand miles away, I needed someone whose opinion I could trust when it came to workmanship and quality of a home and she was very frank about the condition of the homes we saw.

I got multiple roof quotes and the vendor she suggested was the lowest cost for the best quality. And, the home inspector she suggested was extremely thorough and helped me feel understand any projects that would be needed in the home.
